We do not operate a buy and try service on these parts so please make sure of the problem with your TV before you buy from us. All our parts are tested and any returns for parts being incorrectly purchased or not fixing the fault on you TV will be subject to £4.50 to cover original shipping cost and a £12 Re-test fee due to ESD Static handling by the buyer, so £16.50 in total will be deducted from your refund.

All our part have tamper proof serialised warranty label to avoid any abuse of the returns procedure. Anyone caught trying to abuse returns by either stating a part is faulty but is tested on return to be working or sending back a different part will be reported to and banned from buying from our shops and no refund will be given.
